CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE

  1. Advertising is accepted subject to approval for publication and the publishers reserve the right to decline any advertisement which they consider should not be published.
  2. No responsibility can be accepted for any error in or non-insertion of any advertisement. The right is reserved to vary the days of insertion if necessary. All advertisements are accepted subject to space being available.
  3. In the event of any interruption or interference with normal publication from any cause, the publishers reserve the right to vary the space or frequency of insertion or to suspend or terminate advertisements.
  4. Advertising rates are subject to change.
  5. Advertisers who have reserved space on contract or otherwise may not sub-let or donate such space in any way.
  6. Size of advertisements: The publishers reserve the right to refuse any advertisement which in their opinion is deemed to be not in proportion and/or upsetting to the layout, balance or general appearance of the newspaper.
  7. Volume discount: Should an advertiser not use the space in the specified time, the space will be charged at the rate applicable to the number of centimetres used. Similarly, with the cancellation or withdrawal of advertising before the expiration of time specified in the contract to the number of centimetres used.
